The Cycle of Life

During this season of gratefulness and reflection… see if this simple cycle of life chart resonates with you.

My deepest belief is that we begin and end in union with our Creator /Love.

All of life is preparing us for this grand reunion with all of our beloveds including God.

1. In Womb- in begin in union with God
2. In Birth — we begin our ego journey in union God & mother/father.
3. In Infanthood — New dualisms emerge with the discovery of self vs. others, life vs death.
4. In Childhood — family life shapes our character and morals, more dualisms; body vs mind.
5. In Education — Our mind develops, competition/survival ethic builds up our false/persona/self.
6. In Adolescence — physical and emotional passions emerge.
7. In Adulthood- career and family takes center stage.
8. In Middlescence — Our spiritual/soul desires begin to overpower our role desires. We begin shedding our ego desires and seeking our True self.
9. In Elderhood — we begin to love everything and everyone and ripen into wise mentors.
10. In Presence — we learn the joy of letting go and prepare for reunion with God.
